    Are your products organic/natural?

    Our products combine the power of natural ingredients that are easy to use, effective, non-toxic, non-irritating, and completely cruelty-free. We do not use harsh or irritating ingredients.

    Do your products contain fragrances?

    Generally, no, but there are some exceptions. The "fragrance" used in our products. Our fragrances are a blend of naturally occurring aromatics and therefore do not contain allergens.

    What is the shelf life of my product?

    All beauty products must be used within a certain period of time. This period is called "shelf life after opening" and is easily identifiable thanks to the PAO symbol. This symbol represents an open jar and has a number inside: 7M means 7 months, 9M means 9 months, 12M means 12 months and 36M means 36 months. In the case of NSINA MAYA'A BODY AND FACE LOTION it is 7M, therefore 7 months. Once opened, the product must be used within this period, because after that, its quality will deteriorate. We would like to point out that our packaging is made of advanced tinted glass technology which preserves the formula and limits the environmental impact.
