What are the delivery times?

After processing your order, it will be shipped via DPD or La Poste. Please allow 48 to 72 hours on business days for delivery. Additional delays may apply during launches or promotions.

What is the shelf life of my product?

All beauty products must be used within a certain time frame. This period is called the "shelf life after opening" and is easily identifiable by the PAO symbol. This symbol represents an open jar with a number inside: 7M means 7 months, 12M means 12 months, and 36M means 36 months. Once opened, the product must be used within this period; in our case, 7M means 7 months.
